Check out the trailer and press release below:
After a long wait, Lost Technology is finally available on Playism and Steam.
Lost Technology is a real-time-strategy (RTS) simulation siege game in which over 100 characters, comprising a total of 12 different factions, battle to conquer each other’s territories. The faction chosen at the beginning will determine the conversations and events that occur throughout the game between the player and the other factions.
The game centres around three major phases: Turn-Based War Strategy, Real-Time Battle and Story Events. Each of these gives the player an intricate interface to manage their army and strategies in their own desired method. No two games can be the same, as each player’s actions could trigger different events, turn the tide of battle or avoid battle altogether with strategic alliances and negotiations.
Lost Technology has released on Playism and Steam with three of the factions available to play in full; Álfheim, Makan and Reinald Empire.
Each has their own aspirations, skills and difficulty levels that will allow you to coordinate their battles. These features differentiate each army from one another as their skills will need to be managed carefully to attain victory.
No one knows when or how it started.
In the lands controlled by Humans, one fights in the name of peace and justice, one battles for no reason other than to fight, one battles out of greed, to gain more land, and like this, they all faded in the fighting. The victor edits history to put them in a favorable light, and removes anything that they deem unflattering…
As a result, humanity has lost many things to the wars.
Territory, technology, and their true history…
Now there’s not a single country that’s lasted more than 50 years…
- Over 100 comrade units (generals) with their own beautiful illustrations by Agahari.
- Carefully chosen music samples, as well as compositions from the legendary Cranky.
- A unique 3-phase system to enhance the war-game experience.
