$50 Kill Team Starter Set Leak!

We’ve got a new Warhammer 40K Bookshelf game coming friends!
I came across a new Barnes & Noble listing for a box game that I assume is coming out later this year for people interested in getting into Kill Team. It seems like Barnes & Noble as well as some other international sellers have listings up for the new game. In the video below I give my thoughts and impressions. Check it out.
After posting the video I was introduced to a German online listing that has a lot of pictures of the upcoming set. Check them out below:

So from I’m seeing from the images shared online from Ebenwald, we are getting a smaller version of the official kill team starter set. The $50 set comes with less miniatures for both factions. Each side is missing two miniatures and there is less terrain.

Reception to this has been mixed online. Most commenters who know Kill Team see this as a horrible start for the game for new players as well as a very shady bait and switch. Other see it as a fantastic way to get some expensive miniatures for use in general Warhammer 40K games and for collectors of it.
