Today’s cute of the day is this opossum being handfed strawberries. Opossums are perhaps one of the most misunderstood animals next to bats. Most of this is due to these critters getting into people’s homes and then acting out angrily (mostly out of fear). This little girl seems pretty comfortable with the person feeding him and why not? She’s got a cozy little box to go to and free food! The darn thing looks so happy when she’s eating and cute. I never really thought of opossums as cute, but this one made me change my mind.
