Today’s cute of the day is this baby wallaby. Wallabies, like kangaroos, are marsupials so they spend a lot of their time in their mother’s pouch. This little guy was unfortunately orphaned, but he got taken in by the folks over at the Cincinnati Zoo. A lot of people confuse kangaroos with wallabies, and while they are similar, the easiest way to tell the difference is by their size. Wallabies are much smaller than kangaroos and are generally 12-41 inches tall while kangaroos grow anywhere from 3-5 feet.
