Nardio Movie Review
Is It Worth Your Time?
Yes. Lego Batman: The Movie is a fun and short movie.
What Should I Watch it On?
You don’t need to watch this on HD, but I highly recommend it.
What Did You Think Without Spoiling It?
Lego Batman: The Movie is a great movie for the family. It’s cute and funny enough for both kids and adults. Even for non-parents, this movie is a lot of fun. If you’re a fan of the DC universe and Legos, then check out this movie. It might be a little short in terms of movie standards, but at 71 minutes, it’s not bad entertainment.
Why it Works
I just love the idea of a Lego DC universe. The CG on the facial expressions of the Lego characters are exceptional as is the environment. You can’t help but fall in love with the movie and all of the nods to the Lego world and the Batman universe. I love the interactions and humor between Batman, Robin and Superman. The plot of Lego Batman: The Movie progresses quite well and there’s plenty going on to keep you interested. The cherry on the top is the voice acting. All the voice actors do a great job capturing the spirit of the character and they seem to be having fun with it as well. Almost all the Batman villains make an appearance as do the majority of the Justice League. I had a blast watching this with Bernardo and Cat Bowie.
No Like?
Nothing. It was perfectly paced, great humor and the perfect length.
